隐私政策
Yousee（中文名「熟读成诵」）由本应用开发者与运营方（下称「我们」）提供。我们深知背诵与学习记录对您的意义，本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用与保护它们，以及您对自身数据拥有的权利。请在使用前阅读；使用即表示理解并同意本政策。
一、我们收集的信息
1. 账号信息（注册用户）
- 邮箱注册：您可以通过邮箱 + 密码注册/登录，此时我们会收集您在注册表单填写的姓名、邮箱与密码凭证（密码仅用于登录校验）。
- 第三方登录：您通过「通过 Apple 登录」或 Microsoft 账号注册/登录时，我们会从对应登录服务商获取您的名称与邮箱（通过 Apple 登录时，您可选择使用 Apple 的中转隐藏邮箱）。
- 以上任一方式都会为您生成内部用户 ID；您也可以不注册，以游客身份免注册试学。
2. 学习数据
- 学习进度、练习与背诵记录（含练习用时）、熟练度、每日打卡与连击、星星与兑换流水。
- 您主动发起的内容：愿望单提案与投票、文章配图投票、释义纠错上报。
3. 游客试学数据
游客模式下无需提供任何个人信息。为在您的设备与服务器间同步进度，我们会生成一个匿名游客标识并保存同样的学习数据；游客账号有自动清理机制（见第五节）。
4. 反馈信息
通过官网或 App 内反馈表单提交时，我们会收集您填写的反馈内容，以及选填的联系方式（邮箱 / 微信 / 手机号，仅用于回复您）；为防止滥用，提交需通过图形验证码校验，并会随提交记录IP 地址与客户端标识（User-Agent），仅用于防滥用与故障排查。
5. 服务器日志与本地存储
- 服务器会记录访问日志（IP 地址、时间、请求路径），仅用于安全防护与故障排查。
- 您学习过的音频与配图会缓存在您的设备本地以支持离线使用；字号等学习偏好设置仅保存在您的设备本地。

二、我们如何使用信息
- 提供核心功能：内容学习、逐词朗读、进度与记录的云同步、遗忘曲线复习计划、星星与愿望单。
- 保障服务安全与公平使用：验证码校验、防滥用与试学限额、故障排查。
- 处理反馈并回复您。
我们不会将您的信息用于广告，不会出售您的个人信息，也不会与第三方共享用于其营销。
三、信息的共享
除以下情形外，我们不会向任何第三方提供您的个人信息：
- 登录服务商（Apple / Microsoft）：仅用于完成登录身份验证；
- Apple 内购（如适用）：当您购买会员时，支付由 Apple 处理，我们仅接收 Apple 返回的购买凭据用于核验权益；
- 法律法规：在法律要求或有权机关依法要求时。
四、存储与安全
您的数据存储于我们自主运营的服务器（yousee.britao.com）。客户端与服务器之间的传输全程使用 HTTPS/TLS 加密；数据访问权限仅限必要的运维人员。我们在账号存续期间保存上述数据。
五、保留与删除
- 您的权利：您可以随时在 App 内删除账号——「我的/设置 → 账户 → 删除账号」，双次确认后立即生效，账号、学习进度、星星与流水、愿望单、配图投票等数据将被永久删除且无法恢复。删除后仅保留两类不含账号关联的数据：① 您提交过的反馈内容与选填联系方式（与账号的关联已移除，仅用于客服回溯与产品改进）；② 一份不含任何身份信息的匿名使用统计摘要（学习次数、活跃程度等聚合指标，用于持续改进产品）——两者均无法关联回您的身份，也不包含您的姓名、邮箱等任何个人信息。您也可以通过反馈表单申请访问、更正或删除您的账号与相关数据（请在反馈中留明注册方式），我们会在合理期限内处理并删除或匿名化您的账号信息与学习数据。
- 游客数据自动清理：游客账号注册满 7 天且连续 3 天未活跃会被停用（无法继续使用）；距最后一次活跃满 7 天（从未活跃的游客自创建起满 7 天），其登录凭据、学习进度与记录将被自动级联删除。您注册正式账号后，游客进度会原样并入正式账号；若您此前已通过 Apple / Microsoft 登录且两边都有学习进度，会先询问您保留哪一边，不会自动合并。
六、未成年人
Yousee 面向经典学习的大众用户，不面向 13 岁以下儿童进行定向收集。若您是未成年人的监护人，认为我们在未获监护人同意的情况下收集了相关儿童的信息，请通过反馈渠道联系我们，我们将及时删除。
七、政策更新
我们可能适时更新本政策，更新后的版本将在本页面发布并更新生效日期。重大变更我们会以显著方式提示。

Privacy Policy (English)
What we collect. Account: if you register with email and password, we collect the name, email and password credential you enter in the sign-up form; if you sign in with Apple or Microsoft, we receive your name and email (a private relay email if you choose) from the provider. Either way an internal user ID is generated. You can also use the app without an account as a guest. Learning data: progress, practice/recitation records and durations, mastery, streaks, stars and redemptions, wishlist proposals and votes, illustration votes, glossary corrections you submit. Guest mode needs no personal information (an anonymous guest ID syncs your progress). Feedback form: your message and an optional contact you provide, protected by a captcha; submissions are stored with IP address and User-Agent for abuse prevention and debugging. Server logs (IP, time, request path) for security and troubleshooting. Audio/artwork caches and some preferences are stored locally on your device.
What we do not collect. No location, contacts, photos, microphone, or advertising identifiers; no ads or analytics/tracking SDKs of any kind.
How we use data. To operate the service (sync, review scheduling, stars & wishlist), keep it safe (captcha, abuse limits, debugging), and reply to feedback. We never sell personal data or share it for third-party marketing.
Sharing. Only with sign-in providers (Apple / Microsoft, for authentication), Apple for in-app purchases (we receive purchase receipts to verify entitlements), and where required by law.
Storage & security. Data is stored on servers we operate (yousee.britao.com); all traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Retention & deletion. You can delete your account anytime in the app (Profile/Settings → Account → Delete Account): after a double confirmation it takes effect immediately, permanently erasing your account, learning progress, stars and transactions, wishlist, and image votes. Only two kinds of de-linked data remain: feedback content and any optional contact you submitted (the account link is removed), and a de-identified statistical summary of deleted accounts (aggregate engagement metrics only) — neither can be linked back to you nor contains your name, email, or other personal information. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of your account and data anytime via the feedback form. Guest accounts are disabled once registered 7+ days with 3 consecutive inactive days, and their credentials, progress and records are auto-deleted 7 days after their last activity (7 days after creation if never active). Signing up folds guest progress into your account; if you previously signed in with Apple/Microsoft and both sides have progress, you will be asked which to keep — nothing merges automatically.
Children. Yousee is a general-audience app and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13; guardians may contact us for removal.
